💳 Accepted Payment Methods

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Online Payments via UPI, Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking
  • Secure online payments powered by Razorpay

🔐 Online Payment Policy (Razorpay)

  • All online payments are processed securely through Razorpay
  • We do not store card, UPI, or banking details on our servers
  • Payment confirmation is instant after successful transaction
  • In case of payment failure, amount (if debited) is auto-refunded by bank/payment gateway

🚚 Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  • COD is available on selected pin codes only
  • Additional COD charges may apply
  • Customer must provide correct address and active mobile number
  • OTP may be required at the time of delivery

❌ COD Restrictions

  • COD may be disabled for high-value orders
  • COD may be restricted for bulk or event-based purchases
  • Repeated order refusal may result in permanent COD block

💰 Refunds & Failed Payments

  • Refunds are processed only as per Return & Refund Policy
  • Online payment refunds are credited to original payment method
  • Refund processing time: 5–10 working days (bank dependent)
  • COD refunds (if approved) are processed via bank transfer only

By placing an order, the customer agrees to follow our Payment, Shipping, Return, and Warranty policies. Any misuse of COD or payment disputes may lead to order cancellation.
We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of payment issues, suspicious activity, or policy violation.
