🛡️ Warranty Coverage

  • 7 Days Testing Warranty from date of delivery
  • 6 Months Replacement Warranty
  • Warranty is applicable only for manufacturing defects
  • Warranty benefit is provided strictly in the form of replacement only

🔁 When Replacement Will Be Provided

  • Product stops working during the warranty period
  • No physical damage is found on the product
  • No cutting, burning, bending, water damage, or broken connectors
  • Product has not been repaired or tampered with
  • Issue verified through clear photos and a short video

💰 When Refund Will Be Provided

  • Wrong product delivered (wrong type, length, or quantity)
  • Product received in dead condition (Dead on Arrival)
  • Product damaged during transit by courier
  • Refund request raised within the allowed time period
  • Refund processed only after verification approval

❌ When Replacement or Refund Will NOT Be Provided

  • Product has been used or fully installed
  • Physical damage such as cut, burn, crushed cable, or water damage
  • Damage due to improper installation or misuse
  • Use in weddings, events, functions, or temporary setups
  • Outdoor use for products meant for indoor use
  • Product repaired or altered by customer or third party
  • Complaint raised after warranty period
  • Change of mind or product no longer required
Verification Mandatory:
Customer must share Order ID, clear product photos (both ends), and a short video showing the issue. Claims without proper proof may be rejected.
Warranty-related issues are handled via replacement only. Refunds are provided only in genuine cases such as wrong product delivery, dead-on-arrival, or transit damage after verification.
