📦 Open Box Delivery with OTP (Delhivery)
- Open Box Delivery is provided for selected pin codes
- Customer must share OTP only after checking the package
- Customer is allowed to open the box in front of delivery agent
- Check product type, length, quantity, and visible condition
- If product is correct and undamaged, OTP should be shared
❌ When Customer Should Refuse Delivery
- Product is missing or incorrect
- Package is severely damaged
- Wrong product received
- Seal is broken before opening
Important OTP Rule:
Once OTP is shared with the delivery agent, the order is marked as successfully delivered. No return or refund will be accepted for transit damage or wrong item after OTP confirmation.

📍 Failed Delivery or Non-Acceptance
- If customer is unavailable, courier may attempt re-delivery
- If customer refuses delivery without valid reason, shipment may be returned
