- Warranty is applicable only for manufacturing defects
- Warranty support is provided strictly in the form of replacement only
✅ What Is Covered Under Warranty
- Product stops working during the warranty period
- Internal manufacturing defect confirmed
- No signs of physical or external damage
- Issue verified through photos and short video
❌ What Is NOT Covered Under Warranty
- Physical damage (cut, burn, bend, broken connector, water damage)
- Damage due to improper installation or misuse
- Use in weddings, functions, events, or temporary setups
- Outdoor use for products meant for indoor use
- Normal wear and tear
- Product repaired or altered by customer or third party
- Electrical damage due to voltage fluctuation
- Product used beyond intended purpose
📌 Warranty Claim Process
- Customer must raise warranty request within warranty period
- Order ID is mandatory for claim
- Clear product photos (both ends) required
- Short video showing the issue must be provided
- Claim will be processed after verification
